Helping home buyers and sellers in Southwest Florida!

Hello! I’m Kris Nichols, a licensed Realtor® with over 30 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate with confidence. Since 1995, my focus has been simple: making the process smooth, informed, and even enjoyable—especially on closing day. Having relocated across several states before settling in Southwest Florida, I understand what it takes to move successfully. I specialize in helping clients transition to and within the area for lifestyle, retirement, or investment. Known for clear communication, honesty, and a hands-on approach, I provide tailored guidance so you can make confident decisions every step of the way.

Hello, I’m Lucas, Thank you for saying hi! The market is shifting, which makes it more important than ever to find a realtor that isn’t one of the newly licensed, record setting 1.6 million of them. I’ve got good news though, instead of pursuing an M.B.A. I’ve been fortunate enough the last handful of years to help people handle their MOST important asset time and time again. You and I are a team, and I have the technology, data analytics, and communication skills to keep you as informed, protected, and happy as possible. I love to hear who you are in your daily life, what you are looking to do, and all of the things that can help me understand how I may best serve you. Give me a call, I can help you
