Alligator Park is a fifty-five plus (55+) resident-owned mobile home and RV park, located five (5) miles from downtown Punta Gorda, fifteen (15) miles from Port Charlotte, and eighteen (18) miles from Fort Myers. Punta Gorda has many shops, restaurants, golf courses, fishing, and picnic facilities. Fisherman’s Village, located next to downtown Punta Gorda, directly on the water along Charlotte Harbor, near the mouth of the Peace River, is a great place for shopping and restaurants as well, but also offers boat tours, boat and wave runner rentals, and a large tiki bar.
